I met Donna when she sold my parents Linda Vista home and negotiated the purchase of their Rancho Bernardo home. She went above and beyond when the Cedar Fires hit and they had to be evacuated. I was working the fires and she helped my Mom and my wheel chair bound father load and go to safety.
When it was time to sell Mom's home, it seemed fitting to call Donna. She and Glennis helped me evaluate the home's repair and update list ready for sale. She gave me a list of suggested repair and install companies down to do the repairs. She was patient while I turned down a number of what I believed to be low ball offers. She was always available and kept me in the loop.
