Business Philosophy

Windermere Real Estate is the largest independent firm in the nation and was founded in 1972. We currently
have 20 offices throughout San Diego County which includes Palm Springs and Palm Dessert. The Windermere
name is synonymous with integrity, professionalism and community involvement. We hold an annual
Community Service Fair to benefit dozens of causes. We make a charitable donation from EVERY real estate
transaction we close; and continually host food and blood drives to support San Diego resource centers. My
business philosophy is to be the best I can be to help buyers and sellers, and never stop growing in this ever
changing real estate business.

My expertise includes marketing, contracts, real estate disclosures, negotiating, design, and knowledge of great
properties within the North County Coastal communities which is my primary focus. My real estate career
began in 2003 and some of my knowledge includes transactional interaction with co-op agents, buyers, sellers,
lenders, escrow and title officers, appraisers, termite, and home inspectors.
I have a thorough knowledge of the negotiating process between buyer and seller’s agents as well as carrying
the transaction through a successful close of escrow. I am responsible for the overseeing of transaction files,
including follow through and correspondence with title, escrow, lenders and agents. I have a team of high
quality professionals available to provide any support necessary while working with my clients. I will work
with you, answering in detail all of your questions, so we can decide together what the best plan is for you. My
